The FMS Forum Annual Conference is a one of a kind event designed specifically for finance professionals and is comprised of topics selected by your peers to cover the most pressing issues in the industry, featuring general and breakout sessions focusing on the latest topics. In-Person Rules and Cancellation:
Refunds minus a $250 processing fee will be issued for written cancellations received by FMS no later than March 14, 2022. Request received between March 15, 2022, and May 11, 2022, will be refunded 50% minus the $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed after May 12, 2022, however a substitute from your institution is welcome. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel session when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of a program. Optional Events are non-refundable except when the events themselves are cancelled by FMS.

Virtual Rules and Cancellation:
Virtual Registration cancellations made in writing until May 15, 2022 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be processed after May 16, 2022 however a substitute from your institution is welcome. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary.
